Send quotes via Petra & have customers sign them digitally

**Problem / Use Case** In a small business, the quote workflow takes up a lot of office time: sending out quotes, following up by phone, waiting for the signed copy to be returned, and filing them away. The administrative staff is stuck in a manual back-and-forth. **Idea** Petra sends quotes directly to the customer and has them signed digitally—the approval process (including the return of the signed document) runs automatically.
