Forwarding calls to colleagues in Perta

It should be possible to transfer call recordings or call documentation that have already been recorded and cannot currently be processed by yourself or whose content is only partially relevant to other colleagues within Petra. The complete saved call history should also be transferred to the selected person so that they can continue the process without losing any information.
