Presentation Summary Email

Would it be possible to display the entire“Information About the Inquiry” sectionat the top of the summary email? This is because our customer service representatives work exclusively with emails and currently have to scroll down in every email to view customer information such as date of birth, etc., so that the customer can be identified in our customer database.
