Permanent QR code (link) for forms

Hello everyone. A form can be shared via a link. We’d like to link this QR code to the form and make it available to restaurant staff so they can report defects and malfunctions. However, the link accessed via the QR code is only valid once. We need a permanently valid link for the form.
