Upload Custom Profile Pictures for Users

**Problem / Use Case:** Currently, only automatically generated avatars are displayed for users (colored graphic patterns or initials in the team color)—there is no way to upload a real photo. In user management, only the name, email address, phone number, role, and assigned employee can be edited. **Request:** Each user should be able to customize or upload their own profile picture. **Benefit:** In the “New Calls” view (and anywhere where assignments are visible), everyone would see their own picture right away and respond more quickly.
