Recognition of repeat callers with dialog prompt

I want Petra to recognize when a customer calls multiple times on the same day or within a certain period of time. She should then point this out to the caller and inform them that their request has already been recorded and that a colleague will get back to them as soon as possible. This is important in order to reassure customers and avoid duplicate entries or unnecessary queries.
