Make fields from tasks available in action

It would be great if, when creating tasks, the fields could either be given a value/name dynamically or you could assign one and then select it as a placeholder when creating an action, e.g. in a mail to the customer.

Example:
We have created a task with an appointment booking. Now it would be nice if this could be included in a nice e-mail to the caller instead of via SMS. Currently there is only the option of integrating this via the "Summary" placeholder. If the fields of the tasks were all selectable, it would be ideal to send an e-mail with even more information to the caller. Similar to a completed form.
