Petra should use the address provided by the caller to check whether and how parking is possible in front of or very close to the construction site. Petra should inform the caller about additional costs if a paid no-parking zone has to be created. Petra should also edit a Word document, convert it to a PDF, and send it as an email attachment to the external service provider to apply for the no-parking zone. Petra should then document everything clearly in the calendar so that it is clear that a no-parking zone has been requested. For example, no parking zone requested by Petra on February 9, 2026, at 1:41 p.m. by email with PDF attachment (edited Word document) to external service provider XY@hahah.de.
