Manage notes centrally—set them once, and they apply to all stores/Petras

**Problem / Use Case** For businesses with multiple locations (each location = its own Petra), a note must be entered individually for each Petra. At Reha OT, there are **9 branches** → the same note must be maintained up to **9 times**. This is error-prone and time-consuming. **Current Workaround** Notes are created/updated manually in each Petra separately. **Desired Result** Maintain notes **once centrally** and apply them to selected or all branches—without duplicate entry. **Client:** Reha OT (reported by Jan) — 9 branches.
