Information about forwarding a message to multiple employees

It should be possible for Petra to forward requests that affect several employees to each of the employees concerned and also to inform each employee concerned to which colleagues the respective request has been sent. For example, a second email could be sent to all affected employees with the following content: "The email regarding caller xy has been sent to several people. The following recipients were selected: Employee 1, Employee 2, and Employee 3."
