Retrieve contact details if caller ID is missing

I want KIM (the AI) to automatically ask for the name and phone number if the caller's number is not recognized or is suppressed. This is important so that we can call customers back even if the technology (caller ID) fails or our own number is displayed. That way, we are always on the safe side.
