Employee recognition in conversation

Hello, it would be great if Petra could try to recognize an employee's name from the employee list when the call participant says it. My name is Molitor and Petra understands Monitor and then tells the call participant that Mr. Monitor will call back. It's similar with my employee Mr. Opladen. Here a customer has requested a callback from Mr. Oppenhöfer. Petra promises that Mr. Oppenhöfer will call back. Here it would make sense that she only mentions employee names that are also in the employee list
