<p>Das korrekte Verstehen von Namen läuft nicht so gut, auch weil manche Kunden zum Beispiel  erst ihre Nachnamen, dann den Vornamen nennen nennen. Da hießt es dann schnell Frau Anke oder Frau Rosemarie. Wie geht ihr damit um?</p>

<p>I don't always get names right, partly because some customers, for example, give their last name first and then their first name. Then I end up calling them Ms. Anke or Ms. Rosemarie. How do you handle that?</p>
