Teach Petra how to pronounce certain words

It would be great if Petra could be taught the pronunciation of certain words, e.g. with phonetic transcription or phonetic transcription (maybe even for the key words?!).
Then the pronunciation would be fixed for once.

For example, we currently have to phonetically transcribe our company name and the name of our HEMS (home energy manager) in several tasks.

This doesn't read well and it doesn't look very professional when an email with the call summary is sent to the caller.
(This is not currently set up in our company)
