I would like Petra to independently review our shared calendar, and if she finds appointments where information is missing—information that the client did not know at the time the appointment was scheduled—I would like her to call the client, ask for the missing details, and provide guidance on how the client can obtain that information in the meantime. Optionally, if Petra is unable to reach the client, she should send an email reminding them of the missing details. Petra should then enter all of this into the calendar in the following format: Date, time, phone number, Petra reached or was unable to reach customer John Doe and added the following missing information or sent an email requesting the missing information. If there is no response from the customer, Petra should try again on her own until the missing information is received. If the customer responds but a piece of information cannot be obtained, Petra should also note this in the calendar. Petra should improve the calendar and the documentation within it, adding missing information such as phone numbers, provider details, billing information, on-site contact persons, and contact details, etc.
