Petra should use the address provided by the caller for a construction project to check on the federal states' websites whether the project is located in a water protection area. This is important for us because in such cases an expert must also be commissioned, which incurs additional costs. Petra should then inform the caller of this during the phone call, preferably just in time. When commissioning and scheduling, it is best for Petra to order the expert by email right away.
