Problems with Multiple Mailboxes

There is no option for this in the mailbox settings shown. Under “Users,” “Folders,” and “Connection,” there is no way to set a default sender for new drafts.

The problem is therefore not a setting you’ve overlooked: As soon as firma@ and berichte@ are connected, the sender selection option is missing for new emails I create.

Support must provide one of two solutions:

- Set a default sender for each mailbox, or

- Display a “From” field for new drafts that allows selection of firma@ or berichte@.

Write to support: “When multiple mailboxes are linked, new drafts from Petra are blocked due to an unclear sender. Please enable a default sender or a sender selection option for new drafts.”
