Petra often recognizes street names more or less correctly, but only more or less. However, there are street directories available online that can be used to verify the spelling of a street based on its ZIP code. If necessary—if the spelling recognized by Petra isn’t listed under that ZIP code—the system can then use similarity searches or ask the caller for clarification.
